My inner attitude

I treat my patients with respect. Anyone can be a valuable member of society, but illnesses of a psychological or medical nature prevent some people from leading a “normal life”. It can turn out differently for everyone than planned. I see it as my job to take the time to listen to their story and then start at the right point to help.
My main focus is not on deficits, but instead I focus consciously on strengths and resources. Communication always takes place at eye level. Mental illness is on the rise. I motivate the patients to self-reflection so that they can then break away from the prefabricated, recognize new perspectives and allow their implementation in the here and now.
"The purest form of madness is to leave everything as it is and at the same time hope that something will change." (Albert Einstein)

My motto

“To whom did it not seem easier as soon as he just touched it? Not because it is difficult, we do not dare, but because we do not dare it is difficult "(Lucius Annaeus Seneca, Roman philosopher 01 - 65 AD)
